Joe and Tiffany grew up in our local community attending South Beauregard while Tiffany grew up in Moss Bluff. They met 20 years ago while Joe served in the Air Force over the course of 10 years. They traveled living throughout the U.S. before deciding to move back home settling in Ragley with their 3 girls.

They have always had a passion for fitness and while traveling the U.S. were given opportunities to use various gym facilities across the country. With this experience and their love and passion for fitness they decided to build their own facility in their local community.

The goal for their gym is to provide a comfortable atmosphere where everyone is valued and welcomed during all stages of their fitness journey. They’re dedicated to becoming a part of this growing community to provide a place for everyone to reach their goals and better the quality of their lives.
