power Ashtanga yoga
This dynamic and physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce internal heat. Great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you move through a set sequence of poses.
DECK OF PAIN
A single deck of cards and an amazing lower body workout targeting the core and glutes. Each person gets 4 cards as we flip our cards down the row doing each unique exercise per card. This workout changes weekly, the luck of the draw!
